The fourth release of the Quiet Rebels series from Nc’nean is dedicated to Amy Stammers, Head of Sustainability. Particularly fruity, with notes of sweet jam and a hint of savory spices – this is how the sustainability officer at Nc’nean prefers her whisky.

The Nc'nean Quiet Rebels – Amy matures 63% in STR red wine casks and 18% in bourbon casks. What makes it remarkable is the 19% from rare Maury casks. This is a sweet liqueur wine from France, produced similarly to port wine. It is characterized by a soft, sweet, and exceptionally fruity taste with low tannins.

When you take the pretty bottle out of the beautifully designed tube and pour a sip into your glass, a magical aroma of fresh citrus fruits and honey greets you. Behind it, a hint of cinnamon and subtle wood notes emerge. Now take a small sip on your tongue and experience how warm muffins with grated apple, plum jam, and brown sugar come together. Creamy accents of real vanilla and brown butter complement the impressions and lead into the medium-long finish. Here, sparkling citrus notes reappear along with red forest berries and dark caramel.
