When you take a sip and let it rest on your tongue, a mix of sparkling lemon sorbet, toffee, aromatic chamomile, and vanilla reveals itself. Buttery shortbread, cherries, and ripe blackberries complement the impressions, allowing the whisky to linger with a velvety texture in the mouth. It follows with a medium-length finish characterized by various herbs, caramel, and wine-fruity nuances.

The maturation in three different cask types provides you with a particularly complex tasting experience. While the STR red wine casks contribute wonderfully fruity accents with a share of 56%, the casks made from American oak (42%) reveal plenty of sweet notes of vanilla, caramel, and honey. Additionally, a small portion of Oloroso sherry casks (2%) and the use of special sparkling wine yeast during fermentation give the single malt that special extra.
