Aroma: Subtle smoke meets wonderful vanilla and malt notes. Fresh citrus fruits and sweet apricots are added.
Taste: The sweetness of banana compote, vanilla, and malt is harmoniously complemented by juicy lemon and white pepper. A delicious smoke is present but allows the other aromas enough space to unfold.
Finish: Medium-long. The smoke reappears but then recedes again. Instead, a robust oak spice, vanilla, banana chips, and baking spices come to the fore.

The excellent taste is no coincidence
This delicious whisky is made from barley and water. With its smoldering smoky aromas, St. Kilian is just right for peat lovers. Its respectable 46.2% ABV gives the flavor notes their beautiful intensity. Experience the expected vanilla and caramel notes that the whisky has drawn from maturation in bourbon casks.
No caramel coloring has been added. The wonderful hue came about completely naturally. In 2019, the distillery had a good run – especially when looking at this vintage release. It was bottled in 2022.
There are at least 8340 bottles of this whisky. However, with a St. Kilian, it is not guaranteed that it will last forever.
