Finish: Dense peat smoke lingers with vanilla, a fresh sea note, and sweet, charred oak on the palate.

How the whisky is made

This delicious whisky is made from malted barley and water. Since the barley was dried over peat, this Octomore carries a beautiful smoke. The extreme 59.1% ABV brings out the flavor notes wonderfully.

The aromas of this whisky include sweet vanilla and creamy toffee candies from the bourbon cask.

Its great color is solely due to the influence of the cask. It has not been colored. The aging period was just 5 years. Nevertheless, the whisky impresses us with an astonishing variety of aromas.
