This is how the whisky gets its good taste

The whisky was made from barley. Since the barley was dried over peat, this Kilchoman carries delicious smoke. A stunning 54.8% ABV wonderfully brings out the flavor notes. You will love the vanilla and sweet caramel that the drop could extract from the bourbon cask.

This whisky shows its color, as no artificial coloring was added – the golden hue came naturally from the cask maturation. In 2014, the distillery had a good run – especially when looking at this vintage release. It was bottled in 2023. The maturation period was a lovely 8 years. The long contact with the wood gives the Kilchoman its multifaceted aromas.
