Nosing: Malty and sweet, the aroma rises from the glass. Tropical fruits balance herbal notes and slightly earthy accents.
Palate: Full-bodied start with ripe bananas and vanilla pudding, followed by sweet caramel, cream candies, spicy honey, cardamom, and oak.
Finish: Bids farewell with toffee, green pepper, cinnamon, and candied ginger.

The whisky was made from malted barley and water. Completely without smoke, this whisky embraces your palate. It was bottled at a solid 45.8% ABV. Therefore, the flavor notes show themselves in their full intensity.
Due to maturation in the bourbon barrel, toffee and caramel play a role in the bouquet of this whisky.
The Balblair shows its color, as no artificial coloring was added – the golden hue came about naturally through barrel aging. The maturation period was a solid 11 years. This gave the whisky enough time to develop a diverse aroma.
