Pimm's is a gin-based herbal liqueur. The most well-known way to enjoy it is as a summer long drink, the Pimm's Cup. With a low alcohol content of 25%, Pimm's No. 1 creates a light long drink that is mixed with plenty of ice cubes and lemonade. Today, the Pimm's brand belongs to the large corporation Diageo. However, the recipe for Pimm's has existed since the late 19th century and has since become an institution in English home bars.

- 5cl Pimm's No. 1
- twice as much fresh lemonade or ginger beer
- 2 slices of lemon and a piece of cucumber peel, fresh strawberry pieces, and a few mint leaves
- lots of ice cubes
