This delicious whisky is made from barley, grain, and water. With the Isle of Skye, you get a whisky that is lightly smoky. The gentle character is due to its rather restrained drinking strength of 40% ABV.
The aging period was a solid 8 years. The long contact with the wood gives the Isle of Skye its complex aromas.
