The whiskey is made from malted barley and grain. The Hyde is not smoky. The whiskey is bottled at a pleasant 43.0% ABV. This ensures the smooth taste of this bottling. Toffee and caramel play a role in the bouquet of this whiskey. Nuts, tannins, and dried fruits can also be found here. The combination of these cask influences creates a balanced overall picture. All aroma-giving oils and esters are still preserved, as the producer opted out of cold filtration. There are only 5000 bottles of this whiskey.
