The present Single Malt Whisky comes from Mannochmore in Scotland. More specifically, the whisky is from Speyside. In fact, Speyside is part of the Highlands. However, with its delicate and elegantly floral style, the distilleries along the River Spey have established themselves so distinctly that Speyside is recognized as an independent whisky region.

The main ingredient of the whisky is malted barley. The whisky boasts a robust 48% ABV. Its natural color is solely due to the influence of the cask. The whisky has not been colored. Cold filtration has been avoided, which is another sign of quality. It was distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2021, resulting in a solid maturation period of 11 years. This allowed the whisky enough time to develop a diverse aroma. In fact, the whisky does not come from Mannochmore itself, but from the warehouses of the independent bottler The Single Malts of Scotland.
