Aroma: Warm oatmeal cookies with plenty of sugar play with strong peat notes and earthy smoke. Behind them, noble bourbon vanilla, candied lemon, and dates emerge.
Taste: Intense smoke and dark earthy notes spread in your mouth. Behind that, fried bacon with maple syrup and a fresh fruit salad with a spoonful of cream.
Finish: Smoky with sweet dried fruit and roasted nuts.

The main ingredient of this blended Scotch whisky was barley malt and grain. The Various is smoky. The whisky is bottled at a pleasant 40% ABV, which contributes to the mild taste of this release. Its natural color is solely due to the influence of the cask. The whisky has not been colored. Another indicator of the quality of this whisky: it has not undergone chill filtration.
