How the whisky is made
The story of this whisky begins with grain and water. Completely free of smoke, this whisky embraces your palate. The 54.4% ABV gives the Single Grain Whisky its power.
As expected from a bourbon cask maturation, you will find seductive vanilla and caramel aromas.
No caramel coloring was added. The beautiful hue occurred entirely naturally. The vintage dates back to 1995, and it was bottled in 2024. Thus, the maturation period was an incredible 29 years. The high age is reflected in an extremely complex interplay of a multitude of aromas. It is the purest pleasure to taste this delicate drop.
This Port Dundas whisky does not come directly from the owner but was selected and bottled by Signatory Vintage. Here is your chance to taste a different side of Port Dundas. Since only one cask was bottled, the number of bottles is strongly limited. There are only 223 bottles of this release. Grab yours quickly.
