Nosing: Complex and spicy. Sugary cinnamon rolls, gingerbread, cloves, and nutmeg blend with salted caramel, honey almonds, and woody accents.
Palate: Full-bodied with freshly baked gingerbread, honey-glazed fruits, anise cookies, cardamom, and cinnamon. Juicy green apples, pine needles, and sugary malt round off the enjoyment.
Finish: Medium-long and sweet with spicy cookies, coniferous forest, and caramel.

This is how the whisky gets its good taste
The basic ingredients of this Single Malt whisky are - as it should be - malted barley and water. Completely without smoke, this whisky embraces your palate. Its solid 47% ABV gives the flavor notes their beautiful intensity.
The Floki (Eimverk) shows its color, as no artificial coloring was added – the golden hue came naturally from barrel aging. The aging period was only 3 years. Nevertheless, the whisky impresses us with a surprising variety of aromas.
Due to its high quality, the barrel was bottled individually.
