The Un-Chillfiltered Collection

In the Un-Chillfiltered Collection of the independent bottler Signatory, the whiskies typically appear with 46% ABV, uncolored and, as the name suggests, non-chillfiltered. The latter helps preserve all the flavor compounds. The single malts provide the discerning whisky lover with many interesting details. In addition to the age, the time of distillation, and bottling, Signatory also specifies the cask type and cask numbers on the label. Furthermore, the comparatively affordable bottles are individually numbered, although the total number of bottles is not disclosed.
