Aroma: Fruity-sweet juicy pineapple, baked banana, and pomegranate spread out. Along with vanilla pudding, hot caramel sauce, rum candy, and oak.
Taste: Balanced with sweet bourbon vanilla, caramelized cane sugar, candied pineapple, and banana milkshake. Oak spice and fine dark chocolate accompany.
Finish: Medium-long with caramel, pineapple, and cocoa.

The whisky was made from malted barley. The St. Kilian is not smoky. The whisky was bottled at a convincing 46% Vol. Therefore, the flavor notes are presented in all their intensity. Here you will find the expected vanilla and caramel notes. The whisky matured in bourbon casks. The St. Kilian shows its color, as no artificial coloring was added – the beautiful hue came naturally through barrel aging. Another point by which you can determine the quality of a whisky: If cold filtration was avoided – as it is here.
