This is how whisky is made
The whisky is made from malted barley. Completely without smoke, this whisky embraces your palate. Look forward to convincing 45% ABV and thus an intense flavor profile. These different cask influences create a rounded overall impression.
The whisky shows its color, as no artificial enhancement was used – the dark hue developed naturally through cask aging. The maturation period was a lovely 12 years. This gave the whisky enough time to develop a diverse aroma.

Glenglassaugh (Highlands)
Glenglassaugh yra maža, nepastebima viskio distilerija rytiniuose Highlands. Ji yra tiesiai prie jūros, kas suteikia viskiui lengvą jūrinį atspalvį. Glenglassaugh vieno miežių viskiai yra nepaprasti ir įvairūs. Dauguma jų turi labai uogų natą su lengvais druskos akcentais, kaip, pavyzdžiui, Glenglassaugh Revival. Kitos išpilstymo versijos, tokios kaip Glenglassaugh Torfa, yra labai dūminės. Distilerija buvo uždaryta visus 22 metus ir vėl atidaryta tik 2008 metais.
