Let the beautifully packaged Linkwood 2018/2024 Tawny Port Barrique Finish Benchmark take you on a delightful aromatic journey to the idyllic Speyside. The whiskies from this most famous of whisky regions are generally of a rather light character. They impress with fragrant floral aromas and score with a complex body and perfect balance.
That's why this whisky tastes so excellent
The basic ingredients of this single malt whisky are - as it should be - barley malt and water. The Linkwood whisky is not smoky. Beautifully intense the flavor notes come to the fore here and unfold their full potential at 53.2% ABV.
No caramel coloring has been added. The intense color came about completely naturally. You hold a 2018 vintage in your hands with this bottle. It was bottled in 2024. The aging period was therefore just 6 years. Thus, it is less complex than older bottlings - and yet an exciting delight.
This whisky does not come directly from Linkwood, but was released by the independent bottler Murray McDavid. Here is your chance to discover a new side of Linkwood. A total of 1416 bottles are available from this bottling. However, with a Linkwood, it is not guaranteed how long the bottles will be available. So it's best to act quickly.
