Palate: The citrus notes become slightly more bitter and receive earthy juniper notes, lightly dry oak notes, and the citrusy sharpness of freshly grated ginger root.

KI NO BI is the first gin of its kind. A Japanese gin distilled in Kyoto from a variety of regional botanicals. KI NO BI means 'The beauty of the seasons'. The gin is made from a rice spirit, complemented by the addition of regional botanicals such as yellow yuzu, hinoki, sansho pepper, and gyokuro tea from Uji. After distillation, the gin is reduced to 45.7% ABV with water from Fushimi.
