Aroma: Sweet aromas of pastry with vanilla pudding rise from the glass to the nose. Gradually, ripe fruits from the garden join in. A few raisins also make an appearance.
Taste: The first sip spreads gently in the mouth and immediately evokes thoughts of sweet fruit. Ripe pears and apples, as well as sweet pineapple, dominate the flavor. Fine-spicy acacia honey, roasted chestnuts, and slightly bitter chocolate round out the picture. Oh, this makes you want more!
Finish: The delicious fruit cocktail lingers on the palate for quite some time, and somehow you can't get grandma's apple pie with a hint of cinnamon out of your head.

The Glencadam American Oak Reserve is the perfect entry into the world of Scottish single malts with exclusive bourbon cask maturation. The creamy, smooth, and fruity house style of the distillery is wonderfully highlighted by the former bourbon casks personally selected by the Master Distiller.
After the empty casks from Kentucky were shipped to Scotland and filled with fresh distillate at Glencadam, they were laid down for several years in traditional warehouses, known as dunnage warehouses, allowing the whisky to mature peacefully.
With a silky mouthfeel and gentle alcohol strength, it can impress both inexperienced whisky beginners and advanced connoisseurs. With a pleasant 40% ABV, it is particularly well-suited for those who simply want to enjoy a smooth and delicious whisky.
