And this is how the rum gets its good taste
For the 20th anniversary of Rum Nation, some of the best and sweetest casks from Guatemala were handpicked, blended, and bottled. Made from sugarcane molasses and distilled in a Column Still, the rum aged for at least four years in former bourbon barrels in the tropical climate of Central America. The secret to its richness lies in the 16-month finishing in nutty-spicy Oloroso and very sweet Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, which took place in Italy. The rum is bottled with gentle 40% ABV.
