Aroma: Very fruity with green apples, sweet honey and nut notes, as well as finely spiced vanilla. Floral hints and malty cream candies are also present.

Taste: Soft and smooth on the tongue. Layered impressions of vanilla, cinnamon, honey, nutmeg, a hint of dried fruits, and again the green apples.

Finish: Round and smooth, surprisingly long and floral-sweet.

Thanks to the cask combination, you get a sense of the aromas from maturation in ex-bourbon casks made of American oak, which impart pleasant notes of caramel and vanilla to the malt, while the sherry casks deliver their typical fruity and nutty aromas. The whole is supported by the distillery character, which is characterized by nutty-spicy notes and crisp garden fruits. An incredibly drinkable whisky that invites you to pour another.
