Palate: Juniper, juniper, and more juniper, followed by other spices like bay leaf, cinnamon, and nutmeg, while dark chocolate notes slowly build up.
Finish: Long and dry with good balance.

This gin is all about the juniper berry. At three different stages in the production process, these aromatic contributors are added. Since the gin is bottled at a proud 57.7% ABV in 'Over Proof', these peppery berry notes are particularly dominant. If you like Sipsmith, you definitely shouldn't miss this extra strong variant.
