Aroma: The nose reveals an exciting combination of dark, ripe blackberries and a strong smoky note with a maritime touch. Sweet licorice, dark chocolate, and lime peel can also be sensed.
Taste: A soft entry with the smoke of an extinguished beach campfire. Then the berry aromas come back. Blueberry and plum pie with whipped cream come to mind. The smoke surrounds everything but is well integrated with a soft mouthfeel. Above it lies a fresh sea breeze.
Finish: The peat smoke lingers, leaving fine ash and oak notes along with a touch of salt, allspice, and sweet cinnamon.
