This is how whisky works
This whisky is mostly made from malted barley. Completely without smoke, this whisky embraces your palate. It has been bottled at a respectable 46.4% ABV. Therefore, the flavor notes are also presented in their full intensity.
No caramel coloring has been added. The intense hue came about completely naturally. The aging period was a solid 12 years. This gave the whisky enough time to develop a diverse aroma.

Glenturret yra viena iš mažiausių ir seniausių vis dar veikiančių distiliavimo gamyklų Škotijoje. Glenturret reiškia „Turret slėnis“. Nuo 1717 metų šioje vietoje jau turėjo būti gaminamas viskis. Dabartiniai distiliavimo pastatai datuojami 1775 metais, todėl distiliavimo gamykla iki šiol ant butelių nurodo šį metus kaip savo gimimo datą. Tačiau oficialią distiliavimo licenciją ji gavo tik 1818 metais. Distiliavimo gamykla turi gražų lankytojų centrą ir siūlo ekskursijas.
