Taste: The light smoke is accompanied by fresh orange juice and delicious lemon cake. Pronounced ginger and pepper create a wonderful contrast.
Finish: In a medium-length finish, the delicious smoke and juicy citrus notes fade away. The typical Talisker pepper dominates the finish.

The Talisker comes from the Isle of Skye, a rugged, beautiful island in the northwest of Scotland. The Isle of Skye is the largest island in the Hebrides, 80km long and up to 40km wide at its widest point. Skye is a treasure trove of natural beauty. The Talisker Skye comes without an age statement. According to the manufacturer's statements, it is suspected that both ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks were used for the whisky. The manufacturer also refers to the Skye as the most accessible Talisker. They aim to appeal to whisky fans who previously found Talisker too sharp and smoky.
