The rum is made from molasses. It boasts a strong 60% ABV. Thanks to aging in bourbon barrels, toffee and caramel play a role in the bouquet of this rum. The aging period was a solid 15 years. The long contact with the wood gives Ron Barco its beautiful aromas.
