On the label, which mischievously shines through the clear spirit, you can already recognize the heart of this gin: the extra portion of raspberry. The natural extract of 200g of fresh raspberries goes into every single bottle. This powerful summer fruitiness is supported by bitter-sweet grapefruit, local gooseberry, juicy blood orange, a hint of lavender, coriander, and the usual suspect - juniper. A convincing combination of regional ingredients and the finest products from Sicilian farmers. With 42% ABV, this liquid explosion of flavors has just the right intensity.

How does Rubus Gin taste best?

Good news: It always tastes great. Thanks to its flavor intensity, it is absolutely enjoyable neat. Classic Indian tonic or a citrusy tonic also make it shine brightly in a mix. (Even better with raspberries and mint added.)

Our absolute favorite is the Rascal Spritzer. For this, you need

6 cl Rubus Gin
3 cl lemon juice
2 cl sugar syrup
Mint leaves
Raspberries
Ginger ale &
Ice

Shake gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and mint with ice. Then strain into a long drink glass with ice and top up with ginger ale. A few raspberries and decorative mint leaves make the drink perfect.
